Tapioca Pearls [1KG]

• Chewy Black Tapioca Pearls for Milk tea or Pearl Shakes
• Cook within 20-25 minutes

Cooking instructions:

Ingredients:

100g Tapioca

500ml Water

1 TBSP Brown Sugar

Instructions:

1. Bring water into a boil
2. Add tapioca and continuously stir until they rise/float
3. Once they rise, lower heat and half cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes
4. Remove from heat and let it sit while completely covered for 5 minutesd
5. Strain and wash tapioca in cold water
6. Place washed and strained tapioca in a new container
7. Add 1 cup hot water and 1 tbsp. brown sugar and stir
